Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour training to teach participants how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.

The Harwinton Ambulance Association proudly serves the approximately 5,500 residents in the town of Harwinton, located in the Northwest corner of Connecticut. We also provide mutual aid services for the surrounding towns when needed.
Together, with the Harwinton & Harwinton Westside Fire Departments, and our Resident State Troopers, we provide for emergency response needs for those who live and pass through our community.
We provide EMS coverage 24 hours a day 365 days a year. In the last few years we have seen a marked increase in our medical emergency responses. In the last six years our EMS runs have increased 68%. We are dispatched by Litchfield County Dispatch (LCD).
